Maharishi Health Education Center
(M.H.E.C.) As a major part
of the TM movement, Maharishi Health Education Center (MHEC) was established in
the year 1995, by a group of experienced teachers of the Transcendental
Meditation technique in Lebanon. The objectives of the center are to
teach the different aspects of Maharishi Vedic Science and Technology in
coordination with Maharishi Vedic University, an international educational
organization spread all over the world.
With the new renovated ideas and approaches, Maharishi Health Education
Center succeeded to expand very rapidly, now with its five branches in
Lebanon, the Maharishi Vedic Science and Technology are available to a
large sector of the Lebanese society. Maharishi Health Education Center is
one of the most active centers, and it has the major contribution in the
strong Lebanese Transcendental Meditation movement. Maharishi Health
Education Center expanded its activities beyond the Lebanese boarders
where many students from the neighboring countries attended the courses,
from Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE, Bahrain, Syria, Jordan, Iraq and
other countries.
