Summary of the Middle East Peace Project

1. Maharishi wishes to send 500 pundits (Vedic experts) to Lebanon to practice yogic flying together in a group. In addition, they will be performing yagyas, Vedic recitations, and other Vedic technologies for creating and stabilizing a permanent state of peace, prosperity and happiness in Lebanon and the Middle East.

2. Through their daily performances, they will be radiating a powerful influence of coherence and harmony that will neutralize the existing stresses and tensions in the collective consciousness, which are the principal cause of disharmony and conflicts prevailing in the Middle East region.

3. As a result, peace, prosperity and affluence will be re-established in the area, and Lebanon will become a lighthouse of enlightenment for the whole Middle East.

4. To make the above realizable, a large piece of land need to be acquired in a mountain area in Lebanon far from pollution and crowded cities or towns. Such a land will serve as the foundation for the Middle East Peace Project where houses and other construction peripherals to host the 500 pundits will be built in accordance with Maharishi Sthapatya Veda – Architecture in tune with natural law.  This set-up will create an ideal environment for this group to practice yogic flying, and spread a powerful influence of  peace and harmony, neutralising prevailing negativity and tension  in Lebanon and the Middle East.
